Small mastaba east of G 7143. Cleared away debris on top and opened pits F, G and room a.
G 7144 F: Finished; depth 310 cm; chamber in rock on west.
G 7144 G: Depth 131; ends at rock; no chamber.

(4) G 7145 [= G 7145+7147]
Large stone mastaba (see G 7147).

Cleared street and offering room on floor as possible before removing G 7100 Pit I.

(5) G 7146
Between G 7144 and the back of G 7249, there are two pits opening at floor level which seem to belong to an earlier mastaba A-B. A is 200 cm deep, descends into rock but has no chamber. B is 80 cm and ends at rock, no chamber.

(6) G 7147 [= G 7145+7147]
Small stone mastaba with two pits; in angle between G 7150 mastaba and G 7150 chapel; north of G 7145.

(7) G 7249
Explored top of this mastaba, the last cleared in 1925/6 and opened. Serdabs and pits A-C.
G 7249 A: Down 370 cm; thieves' debris; two ordinary red ware jars [ILLUSTRATION] and 1/2
G 7249 B: Depth 225 cm; chamber on north; no door block; skeleton; head looking north.
G 7249 C: Depth 362 cm; chamber in rock on west; empty.

(8) G 7100 Pt I
These are two crude brick structures of Roman period; in high level above mastabas G 7143 etc. Removed debris (sebbakh siftings) from rooms.
