Continued clearing to north in street G 7100 S cutting to level of line VII. Debris as yesterday but opposite S end of G 7130 a good deal of broken limestone chips and fragments.

Continued clearing line of railroad VII towards north and in particular cutting G 7164.

The retaining walls of this mastaba have been entirely destroyed and only the pits remain.
G 7161 A: Depth 1.5 meters. Chamber on south, roofed with slabs. Empty.
G 7161 B: Depth 1.85 meters. Chamber on west. rubble and mud door block.
G 7161 C: Depth 1.25 meters. Chamber on west. Empty.
G 7161 D: Depth 2.35 meters. Chamber on west, rubble and mud door block.

The chapel J which in the north east corner of the Isis temple has a pit opened in January. Resumed work on this pit-down 2.85 cm. Dirty debris as usual.
